राजस्थान के भरतपुर जिले के बयाना का नाम आये और मावा-मिश्री के लड्डूओं की चर्चा नहीं हो, भला ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है. बृज क्षेत्र की समीपता के चलते ठाकुरजी को लगने वाले माखन-मिश्री भोग के चलते यहाँ के हलवाईयों ने इसका एक नया वर्जन तैयार किया और जिसको नाम दिया गया मावा-मिश्री के लड्डू. इनका स्वाद ऐसा है कि जिसने भी खाया वो इनके स्वाद में खो गया और बस वो इनका दीवाना बनके रह गया.
